When ever i need some motivation. I enjoy listening to great speeches given in our history of the world. My personal fav is winston s Churchill address to the UK during WWII. Gives me goosebumps everytime!

Well i dont know if are the best motivation speaches but my favourite ones are Eric Thomas motivation

Easily the I am a champion speech. I listen to it before any interviews for promotions or a big task I'm about to tackle. One of the best speeches I've ever heard. Also love the Rocky Balboa speech.

I never really look at/listen to speeches. But there is one that remember which was some army guy that said that making your bed in the morning was a good thing. It was seen as the first task of the day.
