Just curious if other loungehead award winners can chime in on how much they've stuck around the lounge post-award. I'm on the hunt for the award, but 500 posts in Lounge in 30 days is no joke. Of course, I've heard this used to be harder to get... I can't imagine I'll post in Lounge nearly as frequently once this is done, not going to lie, but it has been nice to meet some new members.
For Lounge Head Award Winners - How much did you post in Lounge after award? |

Maybe 30% less? Not really sure. I got mine during Octoberfest though.

Are there certain days of the week or months of the year where you post more than others? (Jan 17, 2024 05:17 AM)Eran Wrote: Maybe 30% less? Not really sure. Frick flipping man just go HARD in sports bet (Jan 17, 2024 05:24 AM)Deany Wrote: I post regardless , gotta get them bytes ya know This. Well that is one way of earning bytes. Like yes, I get it - it can be exciting, there is a thrill, etc... But I also understand math, statistics, and can see Stanley/the house wins every time, over time. People in convo act like flipping is some sort of achievement, as if it is not random, as if they possess a skill. No. In my mind someone who has 100k from flipping is just as shite as someone with 0 from flipping. If they think it's anything but luck, or if they don't acknowledge that flipping is an unskilled coin flip, then I feel bad for them. I'm always chiming in with some anti-gambling talk in chat, but most do not listen. They just continue buying bytes, gambling it away on flips, and pretending they don't have a problem. It's mostly random unless there's an award to go for, then my posting is up by over 100%. (Jan 17, 2024 06:02 AM)jcole Wrote: I got my loungehead award the same month I got a pumpkin during October. I didn't participate for this last pumpkin unfortunately. Was so swamped with work ![]()
I remember taking on that grind like about a year or so ago. It felt like a tall task and towards the end it did get challenging. It was fun though starting new topics to discuss. The hard thing is if others don't want to keep contributing to the discussion to keep it going. The lounge is by far where I am the most active. I don't nearly post as much as I did when I was going for lounge head but when I see something that piques my interest I do enjoy joining in the discussion.
