I guess it depends in what way you want to increase your creativity. LSD and psychedelics are a short path, but you need to take precautions.
I think Dread.Reaper had a good answer.

Is this for long term effects?

No joke, drugs. I've always been a creative person, but after doing psychedelics, my creativity is always much stronger.
Another way, romanticize the present. Look at life around you and see the beauty in it. See the tragedy too. Understand the significance of the things around you and deeply understand how they weave into the world.
Put yourself in situations to experience shock and awe. If you can be amazed by something, you can be inspired by it. Concerts, museums, sports, etc. Find what makes you feel alive.
Consume as much art as possible, and learn the significance behind it. I recommend looking deep into art from the 1950's to present. The artistic shift during this time is unprecedented.
Steal as much as possible. Creativity is just as much about reusing other peoples ideas as it is about coming up with your own.

Drugs will only help your creative process if you do them occasionally. It's about getting an experience to be inspired by, not about feeding your brain a "creativity chemical"

Treat your body & mind with respect. Fuel yourself with clean foods, abstain from damaging substances (Alcohol & Hard Drugs). Allow yourself to be inspired and use your inspiration to create but like you said make things that haven't been done already wether it's drawing, making music, designing or art of any form. The most important part of being creative is simply making sure you're healthy first.

It means most people can't fully apply their skills when they're fucked up. Drugs won't help you hold a pencil steady or use music software, but they'll help you with ideas for drawings and music.

I disagree. Creativity has a huge overlap with mental health issues. While it's super important for creative people to maintain their health, I don't think that's the key to creativity. I've watched a lot of artists purposely stay in unhealthy situations because they feel like they're making their best work there. It's a rough place to be and I don't recommend it.

A lot of the creative process for a lot of artists involves molding things that already exist into new ideas. Don't shy away from making something just because it's similar to something else. Doing so is a slippery slope.

Creativity is a powerful weapon so naturally it brings value and power to the one that owns it.
My question is if someone is indeed somewhat creative or has some original thoughts occasionally can he become a master of the field of creativity?
What should someone do to reach that higher level?
Just start thinking of stuff bro. Some people just have it, but if u don't just try stuff. If it sticks, cool. If it doesn't then keep trying.

That is very easy. Meditate and listen to specific music that increases creativity. You have to want it and believe it and stick with it and not give up.

I like brainstorms, where you either think in your head or you write down every idea that comes to mind. Get used to association style thinking, as well as free thought exercises too. You want to be able to train your brain to allow itself to wander a bit, so you don't get closed into routine

Right on with the brainstorms. Try taking something that's been done, and then improving it, or breaking it, or figuring out how it works. Make guesses, test it.
All of this will help you to think in new ways. Then you'll find that after a while of focusing on this, you'll start to do it naturally.
I think u can read more and watch more videos, that will help u alot

haha will definitely bring some new visions to the mind that's for sure.
Lately I've found my creativity going so much better without the smoke to be honest.
