QOTD: What is your favorite sleeping position of all time?

Tbh I am digging it on my back now (no sus stuff)😒

I had to take a first aid and CPR class when I was 18 and the instructor had mentioned that one of the best positions to ever have someone in who's suffering from an attack of any kind is laying on their left side.

I don't know how true that was, some things make sense. So for many years I always slept on my left just in case something happened when I was asleep (I knew a guy that had a seizure in his sleep and choked on his tongue or vomit and died and it really freaked me out). Then these past few years, I can only sleep on my stomach. For some reason if I lay any other way I just can't sleep.

Same here i literally will not fall asleep unless im on my stomach.

I was once in a bad car accident, which resulted in me breaking my back. (Luckily I'm not paralyzed)😬

I would say that I fall asleep most comfortability on the back, but I always wake up on the side

Been comfortably lying on the right side with a pillow between my legs. Very very comfy...

I personally lay on my left side with the fan directly on me, one leg at 45 degrees the other one about 110 degrees.

Almost always on my back, sometimes on my sides. never on my stomach.
Even rolling asleep, I don't think I ever find myself on my stomach, so I guess that's that.

I sleep on my right side/at a 45 degree angle, my right arm under my head pillow extended out, my right leg extended, my left leg bent over another pillow, and my left arm curled into my neck
