I have solved the problem with it, it scans the encrypted file in virustotal, everyone knows not to scan there!

you could argue the whole "I will only refund if it's my fault" line in his TOS hints at if you do something stupid that's on you, although I believe ToS should be more comprehensive than vague as shit like that

The main problem is that he didnt wait to send him another stub even for free, also he blame me of scanning my own crypted file in virus total which is complete nonsense.
