Introduction
This is going to be a super easy, and new user friendly guide on how to earn bytes. I keep seeing countless threads on how to earn them, so here you go.

What are βytes?
βytes are HackForums mode of on-site currency. Whether you want to bump your thread, download attachments, play Hackuman, or sell them for real world money, βytes are what makes HackForums go round. Below will be a ton of resources to get you all the βytes you need.

Making Posts or Threads
It's as easy as being active on the forum and making posts and threads.

0 βytes Per Character
0 Earned βytes For Thread Starter On Each Reply
1 βytes Default On Signup
2 βytes Per Poll Creation
1 βytes Per Poll Vote
40 Min Characters Required

βytes Lottery
The lottery is a place where you can buy a raffle ticket with βytes and have a chance at winning the grand total amount. This is a self hosted event, sometimes there are giant lotteries with 100,000+ βytes to win so lookout for a good one!

Scratchcards
Scratchcards are just like real life lottery tickets, it's all based off luck. With these, the more you pay the much higher percentage chance you have at getting a large βyte reward.

Upgrading your Account
Upgrading your account to L33t gets you 1,000 βytes
Upgrading your account to Ub3r gets you 5,000 βytes

Purchasing βytes
You can purchase βytes directly from a seller for about $2.5 per β1,000. Make sure you are purchasing from a reputable dealer, don't trust just anyone with your βyte money!

Selling Attachments
Very common in the Adult Content Management section. If you have a file or ebook you'd like to sell for βytes, make your bag.

Quick love
If you make a good enough thread or post you may ever get some Quick love. This is just like a reddit upvote button, but each time it's pressed the user who pressed it grants you 10 βytes.

I believe it's the opposite. Upgrading to Ub3r nets you the 2000 bytes.
