Whats the last book you read?

What's the last book you read?

For me, it was Hell House by Richard Matheson. Just finished it the other night and I'm still upset about my favorite character in the book getting killed off the way she did. I love horror and this book was everything I love about the genre. Highly recommend it if you're into horror in general.

Not sure what book to start next but highly considering Neuromancer.
Currently reading Chaos by Tom O'Neill.

It's about how in 1999 Tom was hired to write an article for a magazine about the 30 year anniversary of the Manson family killings. He started to uncover so much stuff, all these coverups. He was only supposed to write 5000 words but the story got so big that he couldn't just stop and publish it.

So over the course of 20+ years he investigated deeper and deeper and finally wrote a book about all of his findings which is Chaos.

The last that I've finished was "L'homme sans fil" [The wireless man] - which is a french book about Adrian LAMO, a famous and controversial hacker, the book before was about Chelsea MANNING called "Readme.txt".

I recently bought "The Ransomware Hunting Team: A Band of Misfits' Improbable Crusade to Save the World from Cybercrime" but didn't finish it yet, the English used in the book is "more complicated" for me, the words are more "advanced" and sometimes I need to pause to translate some words, as I'm not fluent in english, it's kinda annoying

Sounds really interesting and I'm assuming pretty grisly and dark if it gets into the details of the whole Manson family killings. I'm going to add that to my list.

Fantastic book. I keep my copy out and flip through it periodically.

I'd be interested in that Ransomware book. It sounds particularly interesting. I can understand why it would be a pain if the English used is on the more advanced side grammatically and technically. Thanks, going to add that one to my list as well!

Great book. I had a family member recommend me Atomic Habits not too long ago and I really enjoyed it and picked up some useful info out of it that I now apply into my everyday life.

Imo the best financial book ever written. I've been meaning to get his cash flow board game as he promotes it pretty heavily in the book.

Great book. I read it a few years ago and remember it being straight and to the point. I struggled in my earlier years with saying no and creating boundaries for myself.
