A $30 permanent sales tag would be a great deal for anyone. I'm guessing with the purchase you can only choose your tag one time, and if you were wanting to use another tag you would have to repurchase it again. I think that would keep users from abusing the tags. Pick what you want the first time, pay for it, and keep it as it is.

30$ is pretty reasonable - however, if we are able to rotate the tag every 30 days for example, paying 60$ perm is a DEAL. :D

I was thinking more or less $50 for a perm sales tag. $30 seems a little too cheap. In the end it's supporting the forum which members should have no bother doing if they are using Hackforums as income and with the incoming server upgrade in the future.

I like the idea of permanent sales tags as an option. One thing that might be worth considering, if I look at it from a financial perspective, the permanent tag is less future/recurring sales of the 30 day tag from people who buy it on a regular basis. So personally I would lean towards making the permanent tag a little more expensive, maybe $50 or $60. The buyer would get his money's worth after about 4 months in that case.

Like everyone else has said. A permanent sales tag would be fantastic. But I do see it as less revenue for the forum itself.

How often are the $15 tags currently bought? If it's a low amount then I'd say do it.
