Remote would be a dream for me but I can settle for hybrid.

Currently have to work on-site but I have my hopes up that one day that will change.

I work remotely and prefer it, but I sometimes feel like I'm missing out on opportunities to connect with others and grow professionally. I am more introverted now. Somebody help Djangoo, his office is far away from home. Djangoo wants to get out of his comfort zone🐧

99% of everything I do can be done remotely but my organisation does not allow it. I would prefer to work remotely.

I've only ever done some laborious jobs and not office jobs, but I would say hybrid is the sweet spot. I know at school I usually go find some secluded place outside of my dorm to deep focus on my tasks.

Remote work clearly. But if they want me back, at least have the flexibility of max 10 days per month

Hybrid is the best of both worlds for me.
Remote days are for deep focus tasks, while office days are for meetings and catching up with colleagues.

Been there mate, its hard work but can be good depending on the team you are with at least.

Yeah, hybrid is a great in-between option. You're able to still connect with colleagues face-to-face when you're in the office, and you also get some flexibility when you're working from home.
