No, you have to do the course at coursera. But it's free iirc. The certificate itself might cost a fee, like $30 or so. And you can google the questions.#
Also the course is rather low quality imo. The certificate is essentially worthless.

people (indians) offer exam clearing services where they will impersonate you and get a certification in your name.

Very prevalent in the corporate IT market right now.

What about getting a degree or a license? Like taking a state board exam in your name?
