Hi Hack Forums, I'd want to organize a funny lottery for everyone. 🤩
It is really simple, transparent and fun. 🤑
For safety reasons the bet is set to 4 DOGE (1.11$ approx today checking on binance).
I will provide a DOGECOIN address that will change every time the lottery ends, an expire date and a link on DogeChain so everyone can see how many bets are placed and calculate the prize.
To partecipate you have to send to the address a fixed amount of DOGE, not more not less. If everyone send X and you send Y the amount will be not refunded and added to the prize so read carefully!
The winner will be extracted randomly from the transactions generated on the address and will receive on the sending address the prize.
This is how the price is calculated: will be made a sum of every transaction, and the winner will get 100% of the transactions sum less 2 DOGE I'll taken to cover prize sending fee and lottery management.
Example: the sum of the transactions is 100 DOGE, the winner will get 98 DOGE.

1. How to partecipate?
   Send the current bet amount to specified address and cross your fingers already.

   It will be chosen randomly from the transactions made.

4. Why you chose DOGE?
   It is well expanded and the transactions are almost free, a crypto adapted for microtransactions.

6. How much you earn doing this, and why you do it?
   I "earn" 2 DOGE, for management of the lottery and the prize sending fee. I do it for fun.
   


7. How to know who will be the winner?
   Since the transactions are anonymous, the winner must celebrate here!
   


8. Can I bet multiple times?
   I'd find respectful if everyone bet one time only. It can be discussed here if someone have different idea.
   


9. I won but I want the prize on a different address.
   Of course you can't! The extracted winner will receive the prize to the same address he sent the bet. So be careful to not delete your address or the prize will be lost forever.
   


10. I bet but I want a refund.
    If you can proof that sending address is your, refund will be made (minus transaction fee).
    


11. What if there are few bets only?
    Refund everyone to their respective address.

I think in order for this to be trusted on a larger scale, it would have to be a group sponsored ordeal. Consider joining one of the groups and talking with their leaders to try and do this again.
