She's never had any problems with it. There's a bunch of 3D file websites like Thingiverse. It's insane all the things you can print.
What is the setup with this one like?
My fear is what I hear from most 3d printers is that it takes forever and mods to get it working properly where I hear bambu is perfect out of the box.
Just curious.

I also have an A1! I got it after the Pursa for quicker dirtier prints, as the Pursa is usually going full tilt- it's good for how cheap it is
How is it without mods and upgrades? I don't want it to be a rabbit hole where you constantly need new shit for it or it sucks.
If you had to pick one of the two, which one?

Or if you have the funds X1C.
Is it truly worth it for a first time 3D printer?
I will strictly be printing shit other people make because I have the creativity of a loaf of bread.

Bambu I'd say if you're not doing professional work with it, the Prusa was a hassle to upgrade the cooling and I had to get a separate enclosure for it, but it's a lot more accurate in its steps and consistent now with the cooling

The Bambu you can just plug in and go

Really simple to use, just plug and play. Perfect for casual/amateur printing.

Yes, there's different types of 3d printers...even PCB printers.
I seen a few online at a showcase that showed you can run metal rods like Nickle, aluminum and zinc and copper.
It melts it and shoots it under pressure thru a nozzle onto a treated rubber pad. You can make like hand tools, bolts and nutz, etc
and different metal parts. There's 3d printers for everything but the one I seen is a industrial machine that requires 3 phase power supply.
There was another one where you just feed a sheet of metal and it will make the parts cut out of it with a high powered laser.
There was a guy that he made his own car and test drove it. It's not street legal but it works. He used like 5 different 3d printers to make the body, the engine, the wheels and the control parts. He made his own electronics but he paid for a 3d printer service.
There's even 3d printers that would make brick or paved sidewalks instantly based on your designs. China uses alot of it.

Well it doesn't print metal. I meant like it can make metal parts. You feed it metal material and it uses a 3d model or cad to build metal parts.
People used it to make fans or turbo engines etc:
here's just one example: 3d metal parts This one isn't that great but it can make small metal parts.
I have seen industrial machines that can build a car body or lots of different tools like a hammer.
I seen in china they had a printer that can print out sidewalk and a driveway. You just feed it brick and motar or the cement mix and it does the rest.
Here's a 3d printer that prints out a house:
Here's a 3d printer car:
I have even heard space x used some 3d printed rockets for prototypes.
