So i am doing some research on 3d printers and am hoping to buy my printer, filament, slicer program and tools required by mid February. Any insight, tips, tricks, info and just general help and discussion would be awesome guys. Thanks
Printer: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/original...inter-kit/
Filament: https://us.polymaker.com/products/polylite-pla-pro
Slicer: https://www.prusa3d.com/prusaslicer/
Obviously im going to build my printer, and my filaments will change over time and my slicer may also change.

If you are going to spend €800+ on a printer, you are better off looking into Bambu labs. For example, the Bambu Lab P1S Combo.
Don't get me wrong, Prusa has spectacular quality and their products are excellent, but I, personally, feel they have been lacking innovation where companies like Bambu keep pushing new and innovative stuff for the same pricing.

This is the way.
Oh snap, ok i will start looking into it. What is the comparable Bambu model to the Prusa MK4s?
also what is the difference in PLA Pro and PLA+?

Both are as good as each other if you upgrade the P1S with better hotend, I like that their AMS automatic material sorter holds 4 filament spools and you can connect 4x AMS to the one printer so 16 spools + external.
I use PETG in most of my prints users like, rip [mention=2811977] MFUK use the good stuff
Awesome i am marking it and gonna watch some comparison videos and read up on the bambu P1S since its in my price range. I will likely be testing different filaments so im open to buying a couple (3?) different types. Does the P1S print nylon and carbon fiber?
Nice one. Very informative thread looking forward future threads or updates here.

Question: are these like an AIO? Water cooled?
“Control Board Fan - Closed Loop Control
Chamber Temperature Regulator Fan - Closed Loop Control
Auxiliary Part Cooling Fan - Closed Loop Control”
I wana eventually use use this filament also if the Bambu will support it https://www.matterhackers.com/store/l/ny...QBEALw_wcB
