The hack comes after the Trump administration proposed cutting half of federal workers at the nation’s housing agency.

Videos of the hacked screens were posted on Monday morning to social media. It is not known who was behind the hack.

Screens at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development were apparently hacked today, displaying the message: “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING" while an AI video of president Donald Trump sucking the toes of Elon Musk played in the background.

Videos of the hacked screens were posted on Monday morning to social media. It is not known who was behind the hack. This comes after the Trump administration proposed cutting half of federal workers at the nation’s housing agency.

The cuts targeted employees who support disaster recovery, rental subsidies, discrimination investigations and first-time homebuyers, according to two documents obtained by The Associated Press.

AI AF, they've also made shots of Mahomes mackin the refs in his SB games that look about as real as a prison sentence should it actually happen. (I assume point shaving's still an incarceratable crime, refs probably on plenty of hooks.) I digress, this is too bad though.

The cycle of stupidity is vicious and will continue.

It always has continued. I think it was more stupid the way things were 20 years ago. Seriously.

That's pretty funny lol
It'd be even funnier if it was my boss sucking his own toes.

Really? You really think that's Ai? It's totally real and someone got a shot of it and put it on all the White House computers./s

Welp when a lot of people are fired they may feel they don't have much to use although if they were caught and convicted or sued they'd lost more, but some are fighting back.

You think so. I don't know. Seems like it's a lot of different types of people. I'll bet they're being fired so they can be replaced with Ai.

Network moderation and technical entry level tech jobs of course are being replaced. Funny how that works.

Transcription and other medical fields have been replaced some time back.

They said Ai would take away the boring jobs, but instead it's only taking away interesting ones that people want. I was just trying to figure out what word he'd left out of his sentence.

Anyway I'm not interested in being an Ai hater. The Ai haters get so tiresome. I'm focused on how fun it is.

Quote:1. Automation of Routine Tasks
One of the most significant impacts of AI is the automation of routine transcription careers. Automated transcription software can now handle basic transcription work, particularly for clear, well-spoken audio files.

Efficiency Gains: AI can transcribe audio much faster than a human, making it ideal for high-volume transcription tasks.
Shift in Job Focus: With routine tasks automated, transcriptionists may shift their focus to more complex and specialized work, such as editing, quality control, or transcribing challenging audio.
2. Demand for Specialized Skills
As AI takes over basic transcription tasks, the demand for specialized transcription careers is likely to increase. Transcriptionists will need to focus on areas where human expertise still outshines AI.

Editing and Proofreading: AI-generated transcriptions often require human review to correct errors, refine language, and ensure accuracy.
Handling Complex Audio: Transcribing audio with heavy accents, multiple speakers, or background noise still poses challenges for AI, making human transcriptionists indispensable in these scenarios.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: Transcriptionists with expertise in legal, medical, or technical fields will continue to be in demand, as these areas often require specialized knowledge and understanding.
3. Changes in Employment Models
AI is also influencing the employment landscape for transcription careers. As more companies adopt AI-driven transcription solutions, the traditional model of transcription work is evolving.

Freelancing and Gig Economy: With AI automating many transcription tasks, more transcriptionists may transition to freelance work, focusing on specialized projects or offering editing services.
In-House vs. Outsourcing: Companies may choose to keep transcription tasks in-house using AI tools or outsource more complex work to specialized transcription services.
Global Workforce: AI tools enable transcriptionists from around the world to compete for jobs, potentially driving down costs but also increasing the pool of available talent.
4. New Career Opportunities
While AI is automating certain aspects of transcription, it is also creating new transcription careers in related fields.

AI Training and Development: Transcriptionists with expertise in language and transcription can contribute to the development and training of AI models, helping to improve their accuracy and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: As AI-generated transcriptions become more common, there will be a growing need for professionals who can review and ensure the quality of these transcriptions.
Consulting Services: Experienced transcriptionists may find opportunities in consulting, advising businesses on how to integrate AI transcription tools into their workflows effectively.
