I understand what they are saying but I'm asking more for job numbers or %'s that represent the number of jobs actually replaced by AI.

I am not sure how that could be calculated since the figures would be privately owned by the companies unless required to reported publicly. For example self checkout replaced almost all the walmart cashiers a long time ago. Self checkout could be considered a form of AI. I know their security system is run by AI as well...
