The Convo has had this issue for some time now.

Just a common issue I keep having daily.

Example: Just received this msg from another member, said they hit the send button only one time....

Other issue:

When typing on threads and posts the words suddenly backspace and disappear, this happens VERY often. I started thinking my computer was infected or ChatGPT was even controlling my computer being paranoid, as you can see in this thread:

One could consider this is a hardware issue on my side but here are my computer specs: (my machine has REALLY good specs for a laptop simply browsing a website)

It's not just me, I think only I reported first, does HF still offer bytes reward for found bugs? This is a bug for sure. I think I have to email support?

I believe there's a daily reset, if I'm not mistaken, which can occasionally cause issues when trying to access the site.

8:15 am EST there's a daily refresh on the site where the site goes down for 1-2 minutes and then comes back up.

I never have an issue of letters deleting or backspacing while typing. Sounds like your device is lagging.

When you send the same message in Convo multiple times it's usually due to your connection to the socket, or the socket resetting.

Ok, I can understand the daily reset, but it happens when it not around 8:15 EST all the time. Also, no my device is not lagging. You can see I posted my computer specs, this thing is a mini beast of a laptop.

Probably your computer. I access from my phone and desktop all day and never have these issues.

Try disabling some extensions and deleting your cache. Turn off the shields.

Ok, I'm in the process of hooking up a newer more powerful Dell windows 11 Desktop Computer. I will report back once I migrate over with a fresh virgin install, I'll come over here before I install anything else and try it out to see if the same issues occur. Thanks for your input. I suppose the HF website is just very resource intensive with all the new features added. Thanks again! ✌
