I believe you need to wait a full 24 hours and then contact an admin which the only "admin" is Omniscient I am not sure if staff have the ability to deal with this.

If you paid for an upgrade and it’s been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received it, you’ll need to reach out to Omniscient

Then reach out to Omniscient and he will get it sorted, just provide your screenshot in your initial message to him to prevent further delays.

Just go make a few posts in the lounge it will take you a few minutes, don't post low quality random replies though stick to the topics.
