You might be confused about c2 builder configuration

So in ip/host option: you can use noip hostname for longterm
Or for short time period use can integrate it with ngrok.
Create account on ngrok and set it up using your auth token and then run ngrok tcp 5555 (your port)
Make sure you have established proper port forwarding
