what do you man been working in the Google ads domain?

How does one get adsense working on a website that is closed meaning you need to make an account to login and get full access.
I applied for it but got rejected because they said they don't permit closed websites. Meaning they told me they need to have their
crawler to have full access.

Any tips or ideas on how to remedy this?
