How to remove malware on infected PC

It seems I've come across quite a few malware infected RATs that's I've run on my PC , sometimes I feel like there are a lot of those background processes and services running on my PC . I see it on task manager all the time . Wondering if there's actually a way to tackle this & be safe & clear of such infected junks or code on one's PC . Can anybody help ? Much appreciated 👍
best method are to get a good paid antivirus or format and work with those on VM in the futur
At this point, you should probably do a backup and full wipe. Then sheep-dip any sketchy RATs or only use known safe ones, which there is little reason to use cracked RATs or anything. Virtualization is recommended.
Thank you for the info this is really helpful.

First and easier step: Install ESET (paid, but cheap) or turn on and update WINDOWS DEFENDER (only if u using windows 10++), enable Memory Integrity (24h2 of windows) because this feature will fuck most runpe from shit crypters, update windows defender, remove all exclusions from windows defender, this is the best free option.

Second: you must remove shit from startup, (AutoRuns) from sysinternals is a very good choice to you can see what is running with ur windows.

Third: Stop not trusted services (not from microsoft).

if malware still there lmk
If you want to be 100% sure, reinstall system.
Dunno how sophisticated that malware is but its not hard to create custom malware that will be persistent by registry keys, some services etc.
And even top av/edr are not able to detect them

If you’ve run malware or RATs, your system is likely compromised. Disconnect from the internet immediately, back up only essential personal files (not programs), and then perform a full Windows reset or clean reinstall. Afterward, install a trusted antivirus like Microsoft Defender or Malwarebytes, update everything, and avoid running unknown files again. This is basics.

just stick some fire crackers in the unit and kiss it good by nerd.
Just wipe everything and dont download weird stuff

Use utility programs that clean the computer of stuck files, and most importantly, the tool should deal with the registry so that any changes made to the basic registry parameters and unknown applications can be removed.
The best way would be to reinstall your OS
full refresh operating system
Look up the best anti-virus and download it. Also put important stuff in your usb. Reset everything lastly
Thank you for the information
