I would say counting cards in blackjack for me
some people think its illegal and think you can get in legal trouble from it. its only disallowed by casinos and the only thing they can do is back/ban you off but its 100% legal by law

I know what you mean! It's funny how Casino's are chance/skill games designed for the house but the moment you are better than the house (in a legal way) they will just ban you for it. Quite unfair if you ask me.
