Data engineering vs Cybersecurity vs AI

I’m stuck choosing between Data Engineering, AI, or Cybersecurity. All of them look promising, but I don’t know which one has the best long-term outlook.

If you had to focus on just one today, which would you pick and why?
Would love to hear opinions from people already working in these fields.
For long-term careers I would bet on AI. I'm afraid that within the next 5 years AI will replace a lot of cybersecurity workers. You'll always need real workers, but definitely less than before.

I'm into cybersecurity, but I'm struggling to get a job, and I've heard it's the same all around the world. The market is quite bad right now.

My friend has a high level IT engineering qualification but is employed in a library.

I don't think I could do a job not related to IT, I love to spend time on computers, solving problems, learning new things. Doing something else would be boring to me I think. That also would be time wasted not learning new things, and there are so many things to learn.
I think with AI you will have more opportunities. Of course this could change because things move so fast in tech world. But among these, AI sounds the safest choice

The IT job market is oversaturated right now, so it's almost impossible to find a job.
