I’m looking for a site where I can upload a .ps1, .exe, or .bat file and immediately get a direct download link, meaning the link points straight to the file (e.g., https://
example.com/abc123/myfile.exe), not to a webpage that makes you click another button or a basic static file host with a raw link.

If only there were basic static file hosts that provide raw links. x0.at does not allow executable file types. Whatever successor to anonfiles[WARNING POSSIBLY INFECTED] exists does not provide static download URLs. Best option? Get your own website.

Then how would another site be different? What about bulletproof hosting and an auto-assigned IP address (if available)?

Any Dropbox url change dl=0 to dl1=1 in download url

for example url ends with bmo520ez&dl=0 change that to bmo520ez&dl=1

other option is Backblaze doesnt KYC until some point, cdn level speed ;)

for cough cough its best to just run selfhost on vps if you're loading, just have redirectors set up.

exe at the least is supported, only hosts for an hour though.

If you expect to find a provider that will have direct download links, any extension allowed and it being semi permanent (more than a day at most) you'll struggle.

File hosters know people will abuse it, which is why they have the safeguards in place. you said the issue with self hosting is it being taken down too fast is a lack of knowledge of better hosts. Your question should have been what are good hosts that will be more tolerant of takedown requests or abuse reports

Can you recommend one or 2 good bulletproof hosting provider, tried a couple but didnt work as expected
