This is one question I've been wondering a lot.
I like the flexibility at one job, but changing jobs might change this and allow me to work less hybrid.

if its only $200 more, is it worth it? If its a gig job, then I back that. But if this is salary, there would hopefully be other things changing, besides the $

It's all depending of course, but if it's corporate I think it's the more you earn, the more responsibilities you have.

Yes of course.
But when doing that, you'll get more headaches as well, as you are responsible for more stuff haha.

Yeah thats true. But that begs the question - would you rather a high stress high pay job, or low stress low pay job?

Yeah but can be a potential burnout as well.

Fair point, if you burn out then its not fun. I guess you need a balance.
If it paid that much it wasn’t really a choice might take a job.

Depends on the role and how you are treated. if your currently place is treating you like shit then hell yes. But if its only for a small increase then no as you then have to put more work in to start fresh and rebuild.

Got to find balance indeed.

It's a comparison to a current and new job.

It's just, salary is not only expressed in money alone.
