Genuine question, I see so many members who have been here for YEARS! and I really do wonder how did most of you come across this site? me personally I have no clue how I found this site, I've known about it for while now and finally just thought to myself "fuck it, ill become a member" and all the different threads and groups just keep me updated on about everything I would want to be updated on, which makes it pretty easy to come by daily.. always expecting something new.

I typed "hacking forum" on Google and it was the first or second link maybe. Back in the days I went back to school at 24 years old to study IT, during the courses we talked a little bit about hacking et security and it caught my attention. I wanted to learn more with the hope of working in cybersecurity one day.

I probabably stayed because the site has some insane good value for exploits in the past and then always had good deals on things to buy too.

After awhile I just sort of realized that the people here are usually more intelligent than most and is good to gravitate to people smarter than you.

I desperately searched for a place to teach me how to be "opsec" and then I found a thread through google and decided to stay here for all the awesome members I met and the unlimited knowledge this place provides.

I first came to HF in 2012 and i believe me finding the forum was when i was looking for game hacks or something. I dont even remember the name i used.... never posted much tho i usually lurked. then was inactive and my account got closed for inactivity and then i came back years later back in 2019.

so much has changed around here... I really miss the old days of HF. everyday it was so active like literally 100+ new threads a day

ahh you were probably one of the homies that granted us the amazing gift of zombie land on bo2, the modded game modes were so goated back then.

I started off first on halostrike as I was interested in team standbying in H2. I got tired of playing legit and getting cheated on when you hit lvl 40+. It then gradually got into modding. Then it got into host booting because of DONTCARE. He was a known booter (the first that I know of).
Then halostrike got shortly shut down and I was still interested in bots and kicking people offline and it eventually lead me to here in 2010. I also got into RATs and found poisonivy (throwback).
