Is your exploit about Remote file execution ? , Do you do something like opening the Server's command prompt in your Browser and Make a new User account via it and get access ? Maybe it also starts with buffer overflowing the server's Port service to gain access to service ?

These are the only known vulnerabilities in Windows servers
