That's weird. Did you download anything that might of infected those folders?

Just whitelist it, scan it with another AV and check it's results - if it is infected you'll probably have to do a system repair.

The only thing I downloaded recently was Fearz crypter https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...ht=crypter

The kid had 11 posts >> and the file was found clean and everyone was saying how clean it was. I downloaded, ran it made an error noise and nothing. Hopefully just corrupted but other then this I don't think anything.

Also, I was jw. Don't you need some hardcore trojan or keylogger to get into that exe in vista? ><

Post an HJT log just to be safe (in the HJT section) That file was reported infected....

let the AV handle the program. if something does go wrong just replace the file from quarantine section.(In my opinion everything will be ok)
Then post a HJT log in right section to be looked by a HJT member.

Some viruses can infect your computers exe's basically addin their own code to the end of an existing exe. Findout the virus and find removal instructions.

If i were you i would certainly make sure it is clean and then change the passwords to your accounts or there is a risk that you could have them hijacked yes.
