Since the source has been leaked, I'll just post it here.

The source contains:
  • Builder (C#)

  • Stub (C# for Managed)

  • Stub (C++ for Native)

  • And other stuff

For the builder use: Visual C# 2010

For compiling the C++ stub, I suggest the Code::Blocks IDE and the MiniGW Compiler.
