I haven't watched shoujo anime in quite a while.
Kaichou wa Maid-sama

Plot
Seika High school recently changed from an all-boys school to coed. Ayuzawa Misaki is the first female president of the student council with a goal to make the school a nicer place for the girls by being harsh on the boys. To help her family's income though, she works part-time at a maid cafe in secret. When Takumi Usui discovers her job, the two start to develop a relationship...
My Opinion
The plot wasn't really good. It felt like there was little character development throughout, with little flirting+tsundere scenes that might be considered as development(save for maybe one or two scenes near the end). The whole maid cafe thing wasn't as much a focus as I felt it should have been, especially if it's mentioned in the title.
The characters were okay. They fit the rom-com style with their focuses on the two main character's relationship and creating funny moments for the viewer. There were some characters that were just exaggerated and felt like they were just there to move the story along a bit.
The animation wasn't as good as I'd liked it to be. It's probably not that important if you only want to focus on the story but it felt much simpler than Ouran Host Club or Kimi ni Todoke. Other than that, it's probably the typical shoujo style with lots of sparkles(Kira☆) and flowers.
Overall, I'd say it's a good watch if you have nothing else to do. I did get laughs throughout but sadly it felt like the only thing that kept me going was "when the hell do they kiss and get it over with."
Fun Facts
Hanazawa Kana is here as Hanazono Sakura with a voice similar to Mayuri's(Steins;Gate).
There's a loli named Ruri who's quite annoying for half an episode.
