If you have dual core processor, you can make two copies of program folder and run two instances in same time and speed up a process of recovering passwords , for example one instance for simple dictionary attack, other for bruteforcing or hybrid attack or whatever.
Load Plugins : open program, open Service - Plugins - right click on field,"Add" and locate folder with plugins in program folder. Program sometimes act slower when all plugins are loaded, so check every plugin for functionality and if you don't need some of them - uninstall. I use only Dictionary Generator and Hash queue (for quick download uncracked hashes from insidepro forum).
This is -all in all- the best tool on the market. Second is inout' tool (only because of speed), find link in this sub-forum.
Read manual, it's like 5 minutes of reading for full amount of knowledge that anybody need to know about this program and basic information's about types of hashes, types of attacks etc.
