Hey guys :D
I have been requested to do an tutorial on my technique in "water manipulation" in photoshop.
Made using this:

This can not only be done with water, but also with smoke, and a various range of other elements etc..
Well, first of all, what you will need is a bit of experience in photoshop, other than that, you need photoshop, and some water brushes, which i will provide you.
The brushes are actually after your own choice, it can be smoke brushes, etc..
So, first of all, lets get started.
Get some brushes, i will use theese:

Now, make a new document, i use 1920x1080 pixels, because it is my desktop size ;)
Spoiler (Click to View)
Fill it with black...
Now, write anything, or make any shape, i am going to make an S, so ill write S with white.
Spoiler (Click to View)
Now, if you are using a letter, go a few times down, if you are making a circle, or something like that (maybe a square) read this :)
Use the marque tool, not the stamp tool, yes you can use it, and if you prefer that, just do as i did with the letter.
If not, please use the marque tool, and right click - stroke, it that way, it would be easier to look at what you are doing.
Now, you have your form, so get your brushes ready :)
First off, make the foreground color white, and the put any brush on a new layer, but only click once, and you would probably like to resize...
like this:

Now, go to the move tool, the one shown on the picture above.
And move it to position:
Spoiler (Click to View)
press control + t (or edit -> free transform)
Now right click -> warp:
Spoiler (Click to View)
Then, move the points, till it fits the form of your figure:
Spoiler (Click to View)
Apply the effect, i have removed the "S" so you can see what's really going on, you should also hide your figure layer sometimes, to watch what you are doing ;)
Spoiler (Click to View)
Now then, for each part of the form, you should make a new layer, add another brush, and warp it :) Also, you should use different brush sizes to differ ;)
Now, mine looks like this:
Spoiler (Click to View)
Well, this was the hard part (for my defence, the s form is really difficult).
So, here comes the easy part :D
Go to "Layer -> new adjusment layer -> color balance"
Press ok, and make sure it is on the top of every other layer.
Now, mess around with the colors, here is an example of blue:

Outcome for this:

Now, i personally like adding my own touch, so i browse up for some flares and brushes :D
Remember, all of this should be underneath the color balance :)
Also, you can't change background, unfortunatly, i have not found an method of that yet :P
Well, there we go, my outcome:
Spoiler (Click to View)
Well, that is the tutorial for this time, hope you can use it :)
If i have made any mistakes, tell me ;)
