THIS IS NOT GOOD WORK FOR ME THIS IS FOR PHOTOSHOP NOVICES ONLY!
1. Create a new project.
2. Pick a color.

3. Get the shape tool and pick square.

4. Make the square a little smaller than your actual size avatar shape.

5. Add some FX by right clicking the layer and going to blending options.

6. Add some text and add some effects to that.



FINAL OUTCOME:

This isn't the best but, it's good to start off with. If you have any problems pm me.
