Hey guys, I have ProxyChains configured with proxies, but I'm not sure how I can use ProxyChains to upload a shell to a website and then deface it. Can someone please help me out here. I'm so close to my first deface! 8]

Little more info on the access to the site. I used SQLi to get access, so i have access to an admin panel to upload the shell.

I'm using BT5.

Proxychains will just help you stay anonymous, not deface sites.

I know that, but I need help on how to use proxychains to stay anonymous while I do the deface.
