This seems lovely. =3 Good luck with this.
I can vouch for my Reverence mates anytime ! Good luck with managing the help desk :)
I can give my vouch, decent enough thread. Looks very well planned out unlike some other threads I've seen around. This support topic should become successful, I couldn't really see why it wouldn't. Best of luck Dope.
Looks great. I hope this will help out a lot of members.
Looks really good, Well done Team! Goodluck.,

You need a decent brush, and a decent smudge settings.
For example, use a regular round brush, with a good size and mess around with the smudge setting till you like it.
To change your setting, click on the smudge icon, then select your brush, next you click this icon which is on the top left;
Then, you'll see this box;

(Just with different settings), and you play around with your settings till you like the outcome of the smudge.

Make a new file, then make sure it's on this setting;
Then make sure you don't put a white background, or black just continue whatever you're doing without any background color, then just save it as PNG when you're done.

It'll take you a while to master web-designing because it isn't easy.
I rather do web-design with Photoshop CS5, because Illustrator is more of a vectoring program, and Photoshop has more tools, etc. But you can do some vectoring, and extract to Photoshop if you'd like.
