A spate of mafia assasinations occurs in America, the work of the mysterious organization named Inferno. "Phantom" is their most strongest and capable assassin, however a lone tourist witnesses Phantom's latest act of murder. He unwittingly exposes the top assassin's true identity, a young girl named Ein. Witnesses are usually killed, but the man is captured and taken to be brainwashed into "Zwei", Inferno's newest assassin, with no memory of who he is. From this point on, Zwei is drawn into a world of conspiracy, deceit and violence.

Phantom, what can i say... This anime is fucking amazing. If you love guns and blowing shit up then this anime is for you. I guess you can describe this anime as a black lagoon like city but with a more sturdy and respectful main characters. Instead of swearing you head of while killing people, nothing says GO FUCK YOURSELF better than a clean bullet to the head. This anime contains deep character development but at the same time throws gun fights and murder in so you don't get bored, and for all you pervs there is mild nudity. I actually just finished watching this masterpiece today... let me tell you it is not a waste of time. The animation quality was fabulous as well, even though sometimes it was a bit gritty when it came to the scenes that mattered, holy shit was it good.
