A chance im infected

I downloaded a file and it did not want to execute. It said it was missing a .dll so I decided to go scan it as I was suspicious

Gave me the following on 5 AVs: Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Mudrop

What now guys?
Malware bytez my child run a full scan dc frum interwebz
Try to delete it with whatever software you scanned it with. I personally use kaspersky and malwarebytes, I guess I'm pretty clean :D

Did a root scan with TDSSKiller found nothing, doing a GMER now.
Already did a malwarebytes one aswell.

Anything else I can do? i really need to make sure. I scanned it with virustotal.
Just do a system restore for the day BEFORE you downloaded the file.
Always PM me before dealing, I only deal via PM.
Uhmm run the exe in sandbox or vmware if something drops look for that on your real comp
