Is there an online Java compiler that has support for external libraries(like JXXX) and preferably also has an API?

Uh if not you could build one?

Look into BCEL for class generation, add some sort of web frontend and you're set!

Closure is for JavaScript and Compilr and ShiftEdit needs a login which I don't want to go through the trouble..
