Situation: I've bought an e-book of making online money and after buying it, you could receive another e-book at your choise as BONUS. After I saw that the e-book wich I've bought doesn't works, I told him to refund my ammount paid on it and he gave me another e-book, wich I didn't requested ever it, and won't refund my money back.

Exactly, it was an offer, if you went into a store and bought a buy one get one free item, you would have to have both of the items back to get a refund. I sent you my other e-book to make up for it.

Yea, exactly, you chose it as a bonus, so if you get a refund for the first one, you're paying nothing for the second one, and you've read through the third one, if you didn't want it as much as you're testifying, then you wouldn't of even read it. omgitzorbz is a legit user, alot of people will vouch for his e-books.
he will not have scam you and if he did i would be so surprised.
You probably jumped so fast to reporting him, you should always give it 24hours.
EDIT: you paid for the product, you didn't ask him if it worked or not, he gave you exactly what you paid for :)
