So you're saying a 300 pound fat guy could get shredded in 12 weeks? Not trashing your thread or anything but pre-made workouts aren't for everyone. It's a false promise saying you'll be shredded in 12 weeks. You could just say "Get Shredded," and that would be acceptable. Anyway, GLWS.

Anyway, GLWS. 12 weeks is usually a good benchmark to see dramatic improvements in ones body. In just 2-3 weeks I lost 9 kilos (20 pounds) on my diet which I have put in the e-book along with my workout routine. Imagine what you could achieve in 12! There are always ways to take it casually, lose a couple pounds here and there. I guarantee you won't regret it! Also for those looking for striations in their legs - a leg workout is in there for great results. Take a look at the screenshot - I have pretty good legs for my age :). ALL VOUCH COPIES ARE GONE. PLEASE STOP PMING ME REQUESTING ONE. THANKS! :D
20 pounds every 2-3 weeks is really good. I tried making my own diet and I lost 60 pounds in 4 months. It was near starvation though. I eat like a pig now and don't gain any weight. I may buy this eBook for the workout section though soon. Your method seems better than what I did. Good luck with all your sales!

There are 3 sample workouts within the e-book. PLUS a number of workouts to do at home. It's really worth the money :).
Vouching for this e-book purchased it. Will update my stats in a months time...Thanks once again Maze
Dealing with me ask for a PM & ask me to update my Trustscan. http://hackforumswiki.net/index.php/Nobility ![]() (Oct 4, 2012 03:53 PM)Maze Wrote: 12 weeks is usually a good benchmark to see dramatic improvements in ones body. Looks like a quality eBook, good luck with sales mate :D |
