Hey!
I am in need of downloadning stuff at a public network, and I would like some more bandwidth. Any tricks or programs that can help me with that?

Regards,

Honestly the best thing is to try it when it's less ideal for other people (AKA at night, early in the morning) since no one would use it then.

You could try optimising your TCP/IP Files in the registry. Here use this, My home connection is about 45Mb/s And i was only pulling about 5Mb/s from steam, I used this tool and now i get about 12mb/s.
