Dispute over: He had someone buy my ebook for him, that person paid with echeck and then cancelled it. Since my ebook was autobuy, he recieved it. Since he had someone else pay for it, it's his fault his friend cancelled it. His friend not being a member on HackForums means that Tibas should have full responsibility for the dispute.

Proof of him receiving it:

Proof of payment being cancelled:

Proof of him saying his friend bought it for him:

Mind If you post the full convo of now please?

[ℵeopet]

It seems a bit fishy that he had his friend pay for it yet doesn't know this friend personally, such as when he stated that he only knew his friend by his username. This seems like a legitimate scam report to me. I'm sorry for this to happen to you, OP!

He added me on skype first. That's why I asked for his HF username in skype.
