So this isn't the first time I've had these just thought I would ask to see if anyone else has had them and knows whats causing them.

I haven't got them recently.
If you get them very often you should:

Use different web browser
Empty Cache
Flushing DNS

Ignore them if not.

It happens, It's happening to me today actually, just refresh the page and try wait it out.

All you can do is wait 5 minutes then refresh the page.
