Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

Introduction:

Sakurasou is one of the most recent anime that came out in Fall of 2012 if I am not mistaken it is one of my most favorite anime currently and it narrates the life of a kid called Sorata Kanda a Highschool student at Sui High that meets a mysterious girl called Mashiro Shiina.

Storyline:

It all begins with our main Protagonist Sorata Kanda he is force to move to the Sakurasou Dorms because he cannot keep animals (Cats to be exact) in the regular dorms there he meets many people such as Jin, Misaki, Ryuunosuke and many other people. He is one day ordered to pick Mashiro in the train station and so the story starts out from there. It is sounds like a regular Slice of Life or Highschool anime but it is more than that and I think you will enjoy it.

Characters:

Sarato Kanda:

Sarato is our average High School student that meets a girl and for some reason or another falls in love with her. Sounds normal Right? but it is more interesting that that he is living on Sakurasou a dormatiry filled with many amazing weird and creepy people such as Misaki and Ryuunosuke. At the beginning he is extremely bored in life but then moves to Sakurasou and wants to leave Sakurasou from day one but then realizes that with out Sakurasou he is extremely bored as mention in the beginnig of the story.

Mashiro Shiina:

Mashiro is the Female Protagonist in the story and she is in love with Sarato but she does not even realizes it because she has never felt love before in her life. She is also an amazing artist that leaves Europe to go to Japan and start to draw manga and that is the main reason to go to Japan.

Aoyama Nanami:

Aoyama is the second Female protagonist of Sakurasou she also has feelings for Sarato but does not know how to express them well. She also has economical problems because of that is why she has to join Sakurasou and also has many part time jobs she is also friends with Mashiro and her goal is to be a Voice Actress.

Conclusion of Characters:

In this anime there where a lot of amazing Characters such as Misaki, Jin Rita and many others but I only proceeded to mention the three main ones (IMO) the whole cast was just simply amazing and very well voice acted I simply loved the Characters in this anime there are very bad things I can say about the Characters.

Animation:

The animation was done J.C. Staff and I have to say they did an amazing work on Sakurasou. I loved just loved the Character designs they where just so smooth and I simply loved it. I have frankly not heard much from J.C. Staff but they did an amazing work and I hope to hear more from them.

Music:

The Music was simply amazing it was produced by Ai Kayano, Mariko Nakatsu, and Natsumi Takamori I think they did an amazing work on the music I especially loved the OP and the ED. There are not many words to describe how good the music is so I suggest you just sit down and listen to the music.

Conclusion:

Sakurasou was an amazing anime and still is an amazing anime if you have not watched it I recommend you go right now and watch it you will not regret it at all I enjoyed this anime a lot and I know many friends of mine also did so go and watch it.

Verdict:

 • Storyline 7.6/10

Loved the story and liked the romance that it had.

 • Characters 7.1/10

Characters developed will and I liked the love war between Mashiro and Aoyama.

Yes that Pussy is quite nice as you can see.
Gunna watch this!

I'll leave it downloading while I'm at the animu con.
This was actually the first anime I've watched while it was airing in a season.

All you who download it now are so lucky you don't have to go through that sea of emotions and waiting.
I want to read this review but scared incase of spoils. :c

The Spoilers are very low but the very little spoilers that there are, are stuff that you can infer from the beginning of the Anime by just looking at it.
I'm watching it right now, it's really good :D
Thanks for the review <3
