Malware bytes-Anti malware blocked outgoing Deluge connection and now I can not Finnish my download on MW3 it's on 98.40% and the download connection dose not show anything just the upload connection.

What I have tried to do to resolve the problem:

• Turn website blocking off
  
• Uninstalled Malware Bytes-Anti Malware
  
• Disable the program
  

Help?

I've had this before (MW3) , it blocked the IP not the file as said a Outgoing connection.
