Introduction
Hello.

I believe it is a good time to do my first review in here ^^ Since I have been inactive here for a long time, it is about time to get back :)
Let's get started
I will review the anime "C-control"

Plot
What is money? Power? Posession? greed? Trust? Love? Hate?
The Japanese goverment was rescued while close to a financial crisis, or rather, collapse, by the Sovereign wealt fund.
Life have not improved for the citizens, the rampant of crime, unemployment and despair is still controlling.
A studen, Kimimaro, whom wish to avoid it all and have a stable life, with a wife and children.
Thus one day, as his economic stance is looking quite dark, a mystical man appears before him, drawing Kimimaro to the mystical realm, known as "The Financial District".
This is where people engage in a battle for money.

Review

C-control is a great anime, one of the best if I may say so, the battles throughout the series seems to be the lack though, while not much physical or graphical is too great while attending to these battles, the psychological of this anime is amazing.
The plot is amazing, and very exclusive, as I myself have been trying to find a good anime after watching Code geass and Death note, this caught my attention, you can name it one huge battle for japan, while still being able to give questions to the watcher.
It has no lack for shounen-like battles, but it does mainly contain thought-filling and philosophical ideas throughout the anime, so don't except a lot of fancy battle scenes.

The art is just fine, and in 1 particular battle-scene it seemed like there was a great choice of angles.
Mainly, it might be confusing for starters, and possibly through the whole series, it is a serie you really need to follow if you want to get into it.

With only 11 episodes, it seems like a good ending was chopped off, that is the main lack of the series, the ending is bad, but else the series is amazing, I would recommend it for everyone looking into a thoughtful anime.

Characters and development:

The development of characters through the series is a good point in this, it seems that they start out boring, almost as objects, a bit of drama will happen, but not a big deal, but after some time you manage to get a connection to them.

The appearance is also important, the characters looks out of particular at points, atleast some do.

Most important though, is the character tactics, this is probably the main aspect, and an absolute importance to take a good look of while watching the anime.

Sound and animation
While the sound seemed okay, it has it's annoying parts, so really, I didn't like the sound too good, it just seems to end up annoying with small sounds here and there, while the overall background music seemed okay, and not out of the usual.
The animation though, is quite boring, there isn't much to say, it is the usual modern anime style.

Rating

I would rate this anime a 8/10 for the lack of a good ending, the plot is great, the battles are great, and the philosophy fantastic.

There isn't too much romance, it is more like a short romance, you can feel a bit of it here and there, but nothing too big, so don't worry ^^

Yea, it does, but it's from '11 so well, I doubt it will come, thus I would love a 2nd season, and there are lots of way for the Japanese currency to get up again, and Masakaki will be back!
Not only that, but there were more districts, probably also using other currencies, and when Japan's currency will become USD, it would start again, so yea, I hope there will be another season, I want to know whom the "Ones above" are, because I think it is Masakaki, or the Masakaki's, which are a godly creature, it seems.

So much to think about :D

Actually in the anime, USA is the most powerful country with the most stable currency.

I wouldn't even put it close to SAO, it is so more tactical, but that is just my opinion xD

Watched it, it was pretty good. Nowhere near the best, but deffo worth a watch. The "romance" aspect wasn't too annoying either.
