The forum is running very slowly for me and occasionally I receive this error and have to refresh a few times for it to dissapear.

Is this a problem on my part? I'm the only one experiencing the error?
The forum is also running very slow for me, +/- 6 sec to load a page.

I've had this before, you just have to be patient and refresh in a couple minutes.

Haven't had this for some time but it eventually goes away if you refresh.
You can always try clearing your browsing data/DNS flush to see if that helps at all.

See if refreshing a few times helps when you get this. Just waiting a few minutes seems to be the best fix though.

This usually dissapears after a few refreshes though you could try to clean your cache, that will in most cases fix it. That was atleast what worked for me.
