Adding Payment Timeout Notification

I have been wanting to do this for a while but due to the severe network lag with Bitcoin it's become a priority.

From now on if you've made a payment from Coinpayments that Times Out (cancels because of the two hour window for confirmations) then you'll get a PM stating such.

Basically here is PM contents:

Quote:Your payment of {USD} for transaction {TXN_ID} has Timed Out at Coinpayments. You will be emailed at {EMAIL} from Coinpayments with instructions for obtaining a refund. It's your option if you would still like to make a new payment either before or after the refund is issued. If your payment Timed Out due to Bitcoin network delay be sure to increase the Bitcoin network transaction fee. Be aware that payments that Time Out do not get forwarded to us. If after 48 hours Coinpayments has not contacted you about the refund we suggest you contact them with your Transaction ID.

This should help members that never realize their payment didn't go through and still expect to be upgraded or get their sticky.

Feature is still being tested but seems to be working fine.

Thank you.
This is a very good update. I've never been timed out before when making HF payments, but if I ever do, now I'll know. :Blackhat:
Seems like a useful idea; I wonder what's causing the mass unconfirmed transactions.
Sounds pretty neat. Will be useful for a few.
Great addition, more professional imo.
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.

Likely a network attack. This is the worst I've ever seen it. Unsure how many days it will last but even when the attacks stops it could be 2-3 days before the network is normal. It's very heavy and disruptive.
Great idea... Been getting tons of time out payments recently aswell.
Useful addition to HF.

I'm surprised coinpayments haven't implemented a similar thing to notify if the transaction expires; or have they?

It'd be nice if coinpayments allowed vendors/sellers to adjust the expiration time as needed.

I hear on this Slack channel that it's some guys protesting the recent China meeting.

But I digress.
I don't middleman any deals on- or off-site. Please don't message me requesting my past services and certainly don't fall for anybody who claims to be me.
Nice to see the implementation.

Oh the adjusting thing would of been awesome!
Very nice addition. Thanks for this.

Seems like a perfect time to do this with the network delay going on right now.
They're starting to get somewhere now, they're down to 35k unconfirmed from 45k. Maybe another two more hours and should be good again?
Actually a nice feature i can imagine alot of members have posted threads about upgrading and not getting it when in reality it just never went through

btw omni make more youtube videos please i like your face
