Most likely was not a dictionary attack because the user would need to know more than the password to log in. I think you are infected.

Like Oak said, being infected seems more likely than a dictionary attack. As far as recovering the account is concerned, you should go to Skype support, but we also need to make sure that your infection is cleared. So to begin with, run through Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Eset Online Scanner. Post the logs of both in your next post.
