If you have a PayPal Business account, you should be able to get the new PayPal user interface by visiting this link: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/business/optin

If you don't trust the link, even though it's obviously PayPal's domain, you can login and click this link on the top navbar of PayPal.

Actually, no, that applies to every type of PayPal account. If you spend a lot of money, $2,500 /month, you'll definitely get special treatment.

Everytime someone charges back and I ignore it, I get an email from PayPal stating that they'll cover the chargeback without deducting from my balance.

I think you have higher limits and earn a % for people who sign up under you.

They have some new features, but no biggie. Half of the new user-interface is iframed shit too, from the old UI.
