I want to change (manipulate) the time at a radio controlled clock.
I know that this clocks get a DCF77 signal to sync the time.
How i can send something like that with my laptop? Do i need a antenna?
An with which program can i send out signals?

Edit: OK, i had read a few artricles now. It's theoretical possible. But not practical! (at least not now).
